ご予約リクエスト時にカード情報をご入力いただきます。ご予約は当社の承認（24時間以内にご連絡）をもって確定し、RESERVAから確認メールが届きます。ご予約をお受けできない場合、料金は請求されません。

You enter your card details when you request a booking. Your booking is confirmed when we approve it (we reply within 24 hours) and you receive a confirmation email from RESERVA. If we cannot accept your request, you will not be charged.

ご予約いただいた日時に提供いたします。撮影付きプランの写真データは、元データを約1週間以内に、レタッチ済みデータをお選びいただいてから約2週間以内に、Google ドライブのダウンロードリンクとしてメールでお届けします。

On the date and time you booked. For plans with a photoshoot, original photos are sent within about 1 week, and retouched photos within about 2 weeks after you choose them, as a Google Drive download link by email.

東京・新宿エリア。正確な集合場所は、ご予約確定後にご案内いたします。

Shinjuku, Tokyo. The exact meeting location is provided to confirmed guests after booking.

• ご利用日の8日前まで：無料（全額返金）
• 7日前から48時間前まで：予約料金の50%
• 48時間以内、または無断キャンセル：予約料金の100%（返金なし）
• 日程変更：48時間前までは1回に限り無料（空き状況によります）。48時間以内は、1回に限り予約料金の50%の変更手数料で空き枠へ変更できます。
• 当社都合（スタッフの体調不良等）による中止：全額返金のうえ、別日程を優先してご案内いたします。
• 台風・大雪などで公共交通機関が運休し、当社が実施できないと判断した場合：キャンセル料はかかりません（全額返金）。ご希望により別日程をご案内いたします。
• 遅刻：15分までお待ちします。それ以降は遅れた分だけご利用時間が短くなります（返金なし）。ご連絡なく30分を超えて遅れた場合は、無断キャンセルとして扱います。

キャンセル・日程変更の方法：ご利用日の8日前までは、RESERVAのご予約確認メールからキャンセルできます。7日前以降のキャンセル、および日程変更は、info@galulu.com までメールでご連絡ください。荒天時の対応を含む詳細は、キャンセル・日程変更ポリシー（英語）をご確認ください。本サービスは通信販売にあたるため、クーリング・オフの対象外です。

• 8 days or more before your session: free (full refund)
• From 7 days to 48 hours before: 50% of the booking price
• Within 48 hours, or no-show: 100% (no refund)
• Rescheduling: once free of charge up to 48 hours before, subject to availability; within 48 hours, once to an available slot for a change fee of 50% of the booking price.
• Cancellation by GALULU (staff illness, etc.): full refund, and we will offer you an alternative date with priority.
• Transport disruption: if public transport stops due to a typhoon, heavy snow or similar and we decide the session cannot go ahead, there is no cancellation fee (full refund). We can also offer you another date if you wish.
• Late arrival: we can wait up to 15 minutes. After that, your session will be shortened accordingly (no refund). If you are more than 30 minutes late without contacting us, the booking is treated as a no-show.

How to cancel or reschedule: up to 8 days before your session, you can cancel through your RESERVA booking confirmation. From 7 days before, or to reschedule, please email info@galulu.com. For weather arrangements and full details, see our Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy. As an online (mail-order) sale, bookings are not subject to cooling-off.

ご予約時にご利用いただいたクレジットカードへ返金いたします。キャンセルの確認後、速やかに返金手続きを行いますが、カード会社により明細への反映まで数日から1〜2か月程度かかる場合があります。

Refunds are made to the credit card used for your booking. We process your refund promptly after confirming your cancellation. Depending on your card issuer, it may take from a few days up to 1–2 months to appear on your statement.
